Book & submit your labs
Complete your booking and upload your existing lab results through the secure portal. Any standard bloodwork from your doctor, OB, or midwife works.
I interpret your results
I review your labs through an integrative lens — not just flagged values, but what the full picture tells us about how you feel. Delivered within 5 business days.
You get real answers
You receive your written interpretation document, supplement and lifestyle recommendations, and a prioritized list of additional labs to request from your provider.

Why I do this
I'm Annabelle Carney, a Physician Assistant (PA-C) specializing in integrative women's psychiatry. I work specifically with postpartum moms and women navigating hormonal shifts — because I lived the gap myself.
After my first baby, I was told I was fine. I wasn't fine. I had postpartum anxiety that looked like hypervigilance, not panic attacks. I mistook it for being responsible. I know what it's like to have your labs come back "normal" while feeling anything but.
