Grounded Beginnings · 12-Week Prenatal Program

Anxiety during pregnancy is common.
Suffering through it isn't necessary.

For pregnant women navigating anxiety, fear, or overwhelm — before and during pregnancy.

Pregnancy is supposed to be one of the most significant experiences of your life. But for many women, it's shadowed by anxiety that won't quiet, fear about birth, or a persistent sense of overwhelm that no amount of deep breathing has touched. This program was built for exactly that — the pregnant woman who wants real support, not a pamphlet about self-care.

Pregnancy isn't supposed to feel like this.

You're doing everything right. You went to your prenatal visits. You downloaded the apps. You've read the books. But the anxiety is still there — sometimes manageable, sometimes overwhelming.

Standard OB care doesn't have the time or training to address this. A one-page postpartum depression screening at a 10-minute visit doesn't touch it. Grounded Beginnings exists to fill that gap — before you give birth, while you still have time to build a real foundation.

Anxiety that spikes around doctor visits, ultrasounds, or thinking about birth
Fear about labor or delivery that you can't talk yourself out of
Feeling overwhelmed in a way that feels bigger than a normal pregnancy
A history of anxiety or depression that worries you for after birth
Intrusive thoughts about harm or something going wrong
Trouble sleeping because your mind won't stop
Feeling like you should be happier — and guilt about not being
Wanting to go into the postpartum period more prepared than you feel right now

If you're nodding — you're exactly who this program was designed for.

Proactive support, not reactive crisis management

Most mental health support during pregnancy is reactive — you wait until something breaks down, then try to fix it. Grounded Beginnings is different. It's designed to be started during pregnancy, while you still have runway to build the tools, stabilize your nervous system, and prepare for what comes after birth.

Over 12 weeks, Annabelle works with you directly — not through a group, not a course, not an app. One-on-one, in a clinical relationship, with a provider who specializes in perinatal mental health and has the training to address the nervous system, nutritional, and psychiatric dimensions of pregnancy anxiety that most providers never touch.

You'll finish with practical tools, a clearer nervous system, and a postpartum preparation plan that actually accounts for the realities of what comes after birth.

Let's talk about the investment

$2,300 is real money. Here's the honest context.

This is not a group course. This is not a meditation app. This is a clinical relationship with a perinatal psychiatric PA — 12 weeks of 1-on-1 work tailored to your specific nervous system, your specific fears, and your specific pregnancy. The alternative is going into birth and the postpartum period with the same unaddressed anxiety you have now — and hoping it resolves on its own.

This program is not covered by insurance. Insurance covers standard psychiatric visits — not the integrative, whole-person support that makes this program different from anything else you can book with your insurance card.

Common questions

Is this covered by insurance?

No. Grounded Beginnings is a self-pay program and is not billed to insurance. Insurance covers standard psychiatric visits — not the integrative support, nervous system work, and whole-person care that make this program different.

Do I need to be in Florida?

No. Because this program does not include prescribing, it is available to pregnant women across all 50 states.

What if I'm already seeing an OB and a therapist?

This program complements both. Your OB manages the physical pregnancy. Your therapist works on emotional processing. Annabelle addresses the nervous system, nutritional, and psychiatric layers — the pieces that most OBs and therapists aren't trained to treat.

What if I'm also struggling with depression, not just anxiety?

Annabelle has extensive training in perinatal mood disorders including prenatal depression. We'll discuss your full picture on the free consult call and confirm whether this program or clinical psychiatric care (which includes prescribing) is the better fit.

Can I start this program if I'm newly pregnant?

Yes. In fact, starting earlier in pregnancy often produces better outcomes — you have more time to build your toolkit before birth and the early postpartum period.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

You finish with a written summary of your coping strategies, your postpartum preparation plan, and clarity on what to watch for after birth. Annabelle will also discuss options if you'd like continued support postpartum.

Pregnancy is not the time to wait and see.
